Booking & Appointments
• All appointments are preferably booked online through our secure system.
• Phone bookings are also welcome for clients who prefer to call.
• A card on file may be required to secure your booking.
• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to settle in and complete any necessary forms.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We completely understand that life happens!
We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a small fee.
• Missed appointments [no-show] may be charged up to the full treatment amount.
We apply this gentle and fairly – it simply helps us manage our time and be available for all guests.
Late Arrivals
We will always do our best to accommodate you. If you arrive late, your service time may be adjusted so we can remain on schedule for other guests.
Refunds & Product Returns
• All services are non-refundable.
• Skincare products may be exchanged only if unopened and returned within 7 days.
• Packages, memberships, and promotions are final sale.
