PRE & POST CARE FAQ
How should I prepare for a facial?
• Arrive with clean skin
• Stop retinoids & exfoliants 48–72 hours prior
• Avoid sun exposure for 48 hours
• Avoid picking or irritating the skin.
How should I prepare for IPL / laser?
• Shave the area (for laser)
• No waxing, sugaring, or depilatory creams
• Stop retinoids 72 hours before
• Avoid tanning or self-tanner for 1-2 weeks prior
• Avoid active exfoliants 3–5 days prior
Aftercare for all treatments:
• Wear SPF daily
• Avoid steam rooms, saunas & hot yoga and direct sun exposure for 48 hours
